1. Double Click on the Outlook Mail Icon.

    

2. Once opened, go to the top menu bar and choose Tools.

3. From this menu, select Email Accounts.

4. Select view or change exisiting account and click next.

5. Click on your existing Kit Carson account and select change.

6. The following information should be typed in:

Name: Your real name (if you want to be identified)

Organization: You need not put any information here if you don't want to.

E-mail Address: Type your e-mail address (username@kitcarson.net)

Incoming mail (POP3 server): mail.kitcarson.net
Outgoing mail (SMTP server): smtp.kitcarson.net

Username:(your whole e-mail address) username@kitcarson.net
Password: Enter password in lowercase letters.
Password will only show as *****

7. Now Click on More Settings

8. Click on outgoing server and put a check in the box that says my server requires authentication.

9. Click ok at the bottom of the screen. You will be taken back into the account settings screen.
click next at the bottom of the screen. You will be taken back to the accounts screen.
All that is left to do is hit the close button. Now you are ready to use your mail.
