Equipment Cost

* Wireless DSL modems are purchased through Qwest. The ActionTec wireless modem may be purchased for $59.99 or rented for $5.00 per month. Modem comes with Ethernet cable, DSL line cable, USB cable, line conditioners and a setup CD. There is a $9.99 shipping and handling charge.
* All computers connecting to the modem must have a Network Interface Card, a wireless NIC or a USB port.

SOHO Custom Installations

Kit Carson technicians can install a custom network for your home or office needs. The installation rate is $50.00 per hour and the individual equipment costs are as follows:

1. Netgear wireless port router with wireless PCMCIA- $120.00
2. Netgear wireless 4 port router only - $90.00
3. Netgear 4 port router - $65.00
4. Netgear wireless PCMCIA card only - $60.00
5. Wireless Internal PCI card(NIC) - $75.00
6. Internal Ethernet PCI card(NIC) - $25.00
7. Cabling - $2.00 per foot including non-shielded tips.
8. Indoor/Outdoor managed Hotspot solutions starting at $1000.00 plus broadband
